As our leadership team has reflected recently on where we are as a church family, and the particular needs, challenges and opportunities of the present moment, we have discerned the need to recruit a new member of staff.

The new role of “Ministry Co-Ordinator” will be focused on these aims:

• Working closely with our leadership team in order to help turn ideas and vision into strategic plans and structures.

• Taking responsibility for the “organisational” aspects of church life, including supporting and equipping existing ministries, all aspects of church communications, and planning/running activities and events.

We believe that things like good organisation and good communication can be ways of loving people in our community well. And our hope is that this role will help us as a church keep our focus on the two key priorities of discipleship and mission.
