We are seeking to employ a Youth Worker to develop our existing youth ministry and grow our connection and outreach to young people in our neighbourhood and the local community

The role of “Youth Worker” will be focused on these aims:

• The spiritual formation and discipleship of young people within MCF, helping them grow as committed followers of Jesus Christ.

• Outreach initiatives to share the good news of Jesus with the unchurched and marginalised young people in the local community.

We believe in the importance of reaching young people with the good news of Jesus. Our hope is that this role will help us as a church keep our focus on the two key priorities of discipleship and mission.
